The University of Pennsylvania Almanac notes Penn IUR's Eugénie L. Birch has received the 2026 Sir Peter Hall Award for Lifetime Achievement in Planning History, the highest honor bestowed by the International Planning History Society (IPHS) on July 22 in Atlanta, Georgia.
