Charlotte Kemp is a senior studying Urban Studies with a minor in Urban Real Estate & Development. She is interested in how policy, planning, and finance can support collaboration between public and private actors to advance equitable urban development, particularly through affordable housing and economic development. Through her experiences in housing, municipal finance, and real estate, she has gained exposure to the different roles that both public agencies and private organizations play in shaping cities. At Penn, Charlotte is involved with CityStep, Penn Women’s Club Soccer, and the Urban Studies Undergraduate Advisory Board.
