Shannon is the Associate Director of Operations for Penn IUR, where she manages the Institute’s events and programs while supporting communications and financial administration.

She has brought her civic leadership to various aspects of organizational life, including training Fortune 100 clients in communications and storytelling, directing Habitat for Humanity International’s organizational development consultants in the Northeast region, and spearheading the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation’s award-winning wellness coalition. Shannon holds a BA in English Literature and Sociology.
