On Oct. 2, Perry World House and Penn IUR hosted a conversation on the latest reports by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) with Seth Schultz, CEO, Urban Breakthrough; Mauricio Rodas, Former Mayor, Quito, Ecuador; and Koko Warner, Manager, Impacts, Vulnerability, and Risks, United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). Focused on the intersection of cities and global warming, the speakers gave special attention to tangible actions and useful urban case studies.
Providing expert commentary on urban topics and highlighting Penn IUR's research in the context of pressing urban issues.
