Downtown Leadership Research Council Roundtable

Co-sponsored by  the Philadelphia Center City District, this by invitation only meeting of downtown leaders, university and industry researchers  explored current and anticipated trends for US downtowns including the state of the  office, residential and anchor institution (health care/education, arts/culture) sectors and defined areas for future research to downtowns  benchmark their progress over time.
