On December 9, 2019, Mauricio Rodas, former Mayor of Quito, Ecuador, Penn IUR/Perry World House Visiting Fellow, gave a presentation on the topic of local financing for climate-resilient infrastructure at the United Nations Climate Change Conference's Climate Action Hub.
