Penn IUR helped organize the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank’s biannual conference on issues facing older industrial cities. Topics for the conference included: the role of manufacturing in today’s cities, the new realities of the housing market, the impact of fiscal crisis on local governance, and the shape of a new tomorrow.
