Robert Clifton Weaver and the American City

Wendell E. Pritchett, Professor of Law and Penn IUR Faculty Associate, signed and discussed his new book on the first United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the first African American cabinet member in US history  (published by The University of Chicago Press).
