Special Briefing: COVID-19 and Future of U.S. Aid to States, Counties, and Cities after the CARES Act

Penn IUR and the Volcker Alliance will host an online briefing to discuss the shape of future federal aid to states, counties, and cities following passage of the CARES Act.
