Mellon Professor Emeritus and Professor of Finance, Economics, and Public Policy, The Wharton School; Stephen Klein, Chief Fiscal Officer, Joint Fiscal Office, Vermont Legislature; and Joe Torsella, Treasurer for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
