Speakers include Ed Blakely, Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Sydney and former Executive Director of Recovery Management for the City of New Orleans and Eugenie Birch, co-director of the Penn Institute for Urban Research and co-editor of Rebuilding Urban Places, Lessons from Hurricane Katrina.
