The Honorable Dr. Raphael Bostic, Assistant Secretary for Policy Development and Research at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, led the discussion, followed by a panel of distinguished commentators from academia and the policy world. This event was co-sponsored by University of Pennsylvania Institute for Urban Research, The Urban Institute, Next American City and the National Building Museum.
