Special Briefing on the Biden Infrastructure Plan: Resilience, Equity, and Federal Investment

The Volcker Alliance and Penn Institute for Urban Research cohosted a Special Briefing on President Biden’s proposed infrastructure program, including how state and local governments will use existing American Rescue Plan Act funding to address broadband and water and sewer needs.
