Arden Jordan is the Program Coordinator at Penn Institute for Urban Research, overseeing Penn IUR's public events, student programming, grants, and administrative activities.
Arden's interests lie at the intersections of historic preservation, affordable housing, and neighborhood planning. She recently graduated with an MS in Historic Preservation and a concentration in Preservation Planning from the Weitzman School of Design. Arden studied public history and placemaking at Bennington College and has worked at historic sites across the country, including Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth, NH, Project Row Houses in Houston, TX, and the Fairmount Park historic houses in Philadelphia, PA. Originally from Maine, Arden is an avid pedestrian, reader, and puzzler.
