Bill is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania from Springfield, Virginia, majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) with a concentration in Choice and Behavior and a minor in Cognitive Science. On campus, he serves as President of the First-Generation Low-Income (FGLI) Dean's Advisory Board, is a SNF Paideia Fellow, and is an active member of the Signal Society. Bill is deeply committed to advancing public health, behavioral science, HIV/AIDS research, restorative justice, AAPI advocacy, and social impact. His previous experiences include interning at Rise Justice Labs, a leading civil rights nonprofit; consulting on real estate decarbonization efforts; and conducting research with the Behavior Change for Good Initiative.
