Caroline Nolan is a senior from South Florida majoring in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics with a concentration in Public Policy and Governance and a minor in Urban Studies. At Penn, she works as a research assistant for Christina Skinner, Associate Professor of Legal Studies & Business Ethics, and she is involved in Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity and Wharton Undergraduates in Public Policy. Caroline is passionate about urban public education policy. As a fellow in the Robert A. Fox Fellowship program, she researched educational neglect at CHILD USA. This summer, she is continuing her work as a Fox Fellow as a Public Policy Intern at Girls Inc. examining how federally funded youth workforce and college readiness programs impact youth career outcomes. In her free time, Caroline enjoys listening to podcasts, running, and playing the guitar.
