Delfina Vildosola is a Program Associate with the SDSN Global Commission for Urban SDG Finance. She has an extensive background working with the public sector and NGOs, focusing on project implementation and regulatory monitoring around environmental issues, transparency, and open government. Delfina is also a Research Assistant to Professor Allison Lassiter, focusing on adaptation of urban water systems to climate change.
She holds a master’s degree in City Planning with a Smart Cities concentration from the University of Pennsylvania and a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. She worked in the Argentine Chamber of Deputies and Fundación Directorio Legislativo. Delfina led civic tech initiatives, stakeholder management and engagement efforts, coordinating a global partnership including Fundación Directorio Legislativo, the National Democratic Institute, the OSCE's ODIHR, ParlAmericas, and Westminster Foundation for Democracy. Before coming to UPenn she spent two years in the UK, where she worked for Transport for London focusing on compliance and licensing, spearheading the development and implementation of new regulation.
