Egbert Perry is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Integral Group, LLC, an Atlanta-based provider of sustainable real estate, facility, and infrastructure solutions with subsidiaries in urban real estate development and investment, construction, property management, and asset management. The Integral Group and Perry are regarded nationally as innovators in the field of urban development and revitalization. The Integral Group has a strong focus on holistic community development and transit-oriented mixed-use projects. Perry serves as Chairman for Fannie Mae and served on the boards of Atlanta Life Financial and the Center for Civil and Human Rights. He was appointed a Trustee of Penn in 1996. He chairs the Facilities and Campus Planning Committee, and is a member of the Committee on Local, National, and Global Engagement. Perry received a B.S. (’76) and M.S. (’79) in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. degree (’78) from the Wharton School. In 1990, he was elected as the eleventh graduate in 250 years to be named to the “Gallery of Distinguished Engineering Alumni” of the University’s Engineering School. In 2010, he was selected by REIAC and Georgia State University for induction into the Hall of Distinction for Real Estate, the highest honor awarded to Developers in the Atlanta real estate community.
