Evan Heller is a private real estate investor and advisor. He began his career with Richard Ellis Inc. and became a Principal and Senior Managing Director for its successor firms, The Yarmouth Group and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. In this position he led the acquisition and management of $5 billion in commercial real estate assets and established the firm’s business in Japan. Currently, he serves as a board member of both the Westchester chapter of the American Jewish Committee and Friends of the Forum. Formerly, he served as a trustee and board president of the Rye Neck School District, an advisory board member of PENCIL, Inc., and Co-Chair of Save the Sound, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of California, San Diego and a master’s degree in finance and real estate from The Wharton School (W’82).
