Jessica Morgan is the Managing Principal of Annalett Capital, a real estate investment and development firm focused on opportunistic real estate opportunities. Prior to forming Annalett Capital, Jessica was a principal at Lubert-Adler, where she was responsible for acquisitions and asset management of their real estate funds. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Jessica worked on the Acquisitions team at SL Green Realty Corp. in Manhattan.
