Mark H. Rosenberg is the COO at MHR Fund Management LLC. He has served as chair of the Penn IUR Advisory Board since 2018. He also serves on the boards of The Hispanic Society Museum and Library, the Metropolitan Opera, and Natan. He earned a bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School in economics (W’84).
