Noah Milad is from Cairo, Egypt, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, majoring in International Relations and Political Science with a minor in Modern Middle Eastern Studies. He is the president of Penn Traditions and the International Relations Undergraduate Student Assembly. Noah works with Penn in Washington as a program assistant and research assistant to Professor John Ghazvinian, gaining experience in data analysis and research methodologies.
