Noah Milad is from Cairo, Egypt, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, majoring in International Relations and Political Science with a minor in Modern Middle Eastern Studies. He is the president of Penn Traditions and the International Relations Undergraduate Student Assembly. Noah works with Penn in Washington as a program assistant and research assistant to Professor John Ghazvinian, gaining experience in data analysis and research methodologies. His academic and professional journey fuels his passion for urban research, particularly in the Middle East. Noah is eager to explore the complexities of urban development in this region.
