Rachel Slosburg Kramer has served as a partner in her family’s privately held real estate development firm since 2003. Today, Richdale Apartments, Shoregate Residential, and Slosburg Commercial respectively build, own, and manage a nationwide portfolio consisting of A+ multifamily, retail, office and light industrial assets.
Rachel is responsible for the firm’s acquisitions, new developments and construction projects in the Texas and Nebraska markets, as well as oversighting the operations of existing properties in those regions. Additionally, Ms. Kramer leads the design initiatives and sustainability efforts for the entire company.
Rachel received an MCP from the Weitzman School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania where she also graduated cum laude from The Wharton School as an undergraduate, concentrating in Real Estate and Management. Professionally, Rachel has served on several industry boards including the Las Colinas Association, Friends of The Commons (Dallas Midtown Redevelopment) and Omaha By Design. She is an active member in many real estate organizations including TREC, HREC and CREW.
