Veronica Baladi is a junior in the College of Arts and Sciences with majors in Health & Societies and Sociology, and a minor in the Wharton School in Legal Studies & History. She is committed to bridging environmental, health, and education policies through community-engaged research and practice. Some of her current projects include investigating land redevelopment patterns in Philadelphia blighted property law for her sociology honors thesis and chairing the “One University” committee for the Student Committee on Undergraduate Education (SCUE) in Penn Student Government. She hopes to incorporate the urban perspectives of the IUR Fellows into her future endeavors in law.
