Wilson is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Criminology at the University of Pennsylvania. He is interested in understanding how public safety and gender-based violence are affected by state and urban interventions, including policing, services for survivors, and place-based interventions. Before Penn, he worked as a researcher at GRADE, a leading Peruvian think tank on issues related to policing, gender-based violence, and justice.
