Yanlin Pan is a cross-disciplinary designer and dedicated practitioner in the revitalization and holistic operation of ancient villages in Zhejiang, China. With a strong belief in community-driven development,  she advocates for and actively engages in participatory rural community design and reconstruction. As the community director for the “Qin Fund,” a rural children’s education initiative in China, Pan plays a key role in fostering educational opportunities and social development in underserved regions. 

She is also the co-founder of Beijing Shuinong Landscape Design Co., Ltd., where she integrates landscape architecture with social innovation to support sustainable rural transformation. Her work bridges design, community empowerment, and cultural heritage, reflecting a deep commitment to inclusive and resilient rural futures.
