Yixin Gwee is a rising senior at the Wharton School concentrating in Statistics and Finance, with a minor in Mathematics. Growing up in the island city of Singapore, Yixin is passionate about building climate-resilient cities. As a research fellow in the College House Research Fellowship, Yixin examined green bonds in urban fiscal policy under the supervision of Professor Daniel Garrett. This past summer, Yixin interned at Infrared Capital Partners, a sustainable infrastructure investment fund in New York City. She is currently a research assistant for Professor Lu Liu studying the impact of mortgage lock-ins on labor mobility.
