Zach McGrath is a junior majoring in Political Science. He is interested in education, economic development, and tax policy. He has served as a research assistant to Professor Laura Perna, interned at the Massachusetts Department of Education, and served on the Anne Arundel County Board of Education. Currently, Zach serves as the inaugural Director of Philadelphia Councilmember Isaiah Thomas’ Youth-powered Policy Lab. As Director, Zach connects young Philadelphians with the tools and resources needed to address pressing urban issues.
