Austin Lee is a fourth-year PhD student in the sociology department. Her work centers on Black sexualities and the intersections between heteronormativity and racism. She is a Michigan native and graduated from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts in Black studies. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, exploring Philadelphia, and roller skating. She currently serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Fellow at the Graduate Center and hopes to contribute to fostering a more equitable Penn community.
